Colorful Harumaki
Ingredients:
- Carrots-1/2
- String beans-4pcs
- White Onion- 1/2
- Aburaage-4pcs
- Miso paste- 1Tbsp
- Brown sugar- 1Tbsp
- Water-2Tbsp
- Ginger-1tsp
- Light soy sauce
Instructions:
- Prepare by cutting vegetables into strips or straws
- Blanch the vegetables
- Prepare the miso paste mixture by mixing the miso paste, sugar, ginger
- Cut the aburaage into side to open
- Spread the miso mixture evenly
- Put the cooked vegetables and roll.Secure using a small stick
- In a non-stick pan, drizzle some oil and sear the rolled aburagge. Until nice in color.
- Turn off the heat and add a little but of light soy sauce
- Set aside and cut when cooled down.
Apple and Soy bean Side Dish
Ingredients:
- Apple- 1/2 (cut in cubes)
- Boiled soy beans ( You can use any beans too)
- Maple syrup- 1Tbsp
- Water
- Olive oil
Instructions:
- Cut the apples into cubes or bite sizes
- In a pan, drizzle some olive oil then saute the apples for 1 minute
- Add a bit of water just to cook the apple a little
- Add the soy beans and maple syrup
Broccoli Side Dish
Ingredients:
- Boiled broccoli
- Cooked white onions
- Mayonnaise
- Bread crumbs
- salt
- pepper
- Olive oil
Instructions:
- In a foil cup, put the pre-cooked broccoli and onions
- Add some mayonnaise and bread crumbs on top
- Season with salt and pepper and drizzle some olive oil
- Toast in the oven toastes until nice in color
