This sauce is one of my favorite! Especially for my grilled vegetables and mushrooms! This sauce is perfect when you are planning to have a vegan yakiniku or barbeque at home with your friends and families ✨🕊 Enjoy!
Ingredients:
Garlic- 2 cloves
Sugar- 30g
Doubanjiang- 5g
Chili powder- 1g
Lemon juice- 10g
Apple Juice- 10g
Miso paste- 10g
Sesame oil-10g
Soy sauce- 100g
White sesame seeds- one Tablespoon
Procedure:
- Blend everything except the white sesame seeds until smooth consistency
- Put in a small bowl, add the white sesame seeds and mix
