✨SUMMER SPECIAL✨ Other than creating vegan recipes, I just want to share in this video what Japan looks and sounds like during summer.🎐🎐 The beauty of nature. Ever since the pandemic started, I moved out from Tokyo and now I appreciate life even more. Happiness that you can find when you are having a morning or an afternoon walk, mama and papa birds that are working hard to feed their babies, the sound of the cicadas that would eventually disappear like a cherry blossom season🌿 These kind of things around me makes me really happy. A simple kind of happiness that money can’t buy. ✨ Life is beautiful everyone🕊 Hoping for everyone’s happiness and safety! 😊Have a VegaNice summer!

Ingredients:

Fresh Watermelon(Large) – 1/2

Banana- 2pieces

Vegan Milk-enough quantity to blend your frozen watermelon and banana

Maple Syrup- optional if you want a sweeter taste

Procedure:

  1. Cut the watermelon into chunks as well as the banana and put into a medium sized tray. Freeze.
  2. In a blender, put your frozen watermelon and banana and add some vegan milk. I used soy milk for this recipe. 😊 Just enough quantity so that it would be easier to blend. You can add some lemon juice or maple syrup too! ✨
  3. You can serve them like we did in our video or a glass would work too!
