This recipe is originally from L’Aubergine Restaurant in Manila where I worked as a commis. It is my favorite from all the various recipes that we had. Plus, It’s actually fun to make! Here are the full ingredients:
Instructions:
Prepare a blender and put everything except the sesame seeds. Blend in a high speed for about 20seconds depending on the consistency you want. Transfer into a bowl and add the sesame seeds and mix. Season with salt and pepper.
During summer season, you can actually add a few blocks of watermelon for a refreshing and unique taste! Adding watermelon can add some sweetness to this dressing. That’s it! Hope you enjoy this dressing!
